JLF Receives Funding From NFL Charities

The John Lynch Foundation received notification that it will be receiving a $22,500 grant from the NFL Charities Player Foundation Grant Program.  These grants are given to current and former players to assist with the work they do in their communities.

The 2010 NFLC Grant will provide funding for the Star of the Month, the Lynch Family Legacy Scholarships and the Salute the Stars programs.  The John Lynch Foundation has received funding from NFL Charities on an annual basis since it was founded in 2000.

"We are thrilled to receive this grant through NFL Charities," said John Lynch.  "The funds from this grant has assisted us in recognizing hundreds of student-athletes through the years and it is great to know you have the support of such a fine organization as the NFL.  Their belief in the John Lynch Foundation and our programs allows us to continue to develop young leaders and make a profound impact in the lives of many youth."
